Our Vision & Mission

To be a model of changing lives through health in Africa and beyond.

CLITH (Change Lives Through Health) is a non-governmental organization incorporated under the companies act, 1963 (Act 179) in Ghana, West Africa; geared towards promotion of health and getting health services to groups and target communities. We are a team of health professionals, Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Researchers, and other health professional. CLITH is envisioned to support efforts in achieving good health and well-being, goal 3 of the recently adopted SDGs. We achieve this by embarking on extensive free medical outreach, which includes screening for AIDs, Malaria, Hepatitis B and general illness, for all communities and all ages. We also have a flagship project that is geared towards setting health clubs in schools across the country, to promote health through practical teaching with a well-structured syllabus. We are open to working with people that seek to make a difference, both professionals in the health field, and people who are not in the health field but are motivated to touch lives.
